Η ΙΒΜ είναι μια από της λίγες πολυεθνικές εταιρίες στην Ελλάδα που εχουν ξεκάθαρη εσωτερική πολιτική προωθεί τη LGBT διαφορετικότητα ήδη από το 1984. Μάλιστα, είναι ίσως η μόνη εταιρεία στην Ελλάδα με Group LGBT υπαλλήλων και Straight Allies.

Πριν από λίγες μέρες η ΙΒΜ ανακοίνωσε τη δημιουργία ενός "Big Data & Business Analytics Center of Competence" στην Αθήνα.

Όπως ενημερωθήκαμε από το "IBM EAGLE - Employee Alliance for GLBT Empowerment", που έχει ως εναν από τους σκοπούς του το Recruitment νέων LGBT υπαλλήλων,  ξεκίνησε η διαδικασία συνεντεύξεων νέων αποφοίτων Πανεπιστημίου:
